WHAT IS A VISA?
A visa is an endorsement on a passport and serves as proof of your compliance with the varying requirements of visitation to that particular country – in other words, it is authorization that shows you have permission to be in the country you are visiting.
A visa is not required for travel to every country, but some countries will stop you from entering without one. It is critical to know your visa requirements before traveling.

WHAT DO I NEED?
The most important item needed to obtain a visa is a valid passport. In some instances, countries will require that a passport have certain validity time frames to be accepted. With a current passport, you can check visa requirements, apply for a visa, or renew a visa.
The second thing you will need is a copy of the proper medical forms. We require our patients to provide the forms in advance so we can ensure that your appointment will be accurate, timely, and fully meet all of your requirements.
