For more than 20 years, the Travel & Immunization Clinic of Portland (TICP) has helped travelers prepare for healthy, safe journeys around the world. Since opening our doors in 2003, we have become a trusted resource for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations throughout the Portland area.

Whether you’re traveling for work, for fun, or to do good in the world, we provide everything you need: pre-travel care, consultation and education; and all the services you could possibly need, including everything from yellow fever vaccinations and anti-malarial medication, to travel books and bug spray.

Amber Moulton-Mister, PA-C
Medical Officer
Amber Moulton-Mister, PA-C, serves as Medical Officer for the Travel & Immunization Clinic of Portland, where she provides travel medicine consultations, vaccinations and immunizations, and medical guidance based on each patient’s destination, itinerary, health history, and individual needs. She also provides occupational and deployment medical services for individuals preparing to work or travel internationally.
Amber has been a member of the medical team since 2013 and also provides clinical guidance to SphereMD’s medical programs, supporting the medical needs of foreign vessels and their crewmembers. Her work there includes maritime, travel, occupational, deployment, and emergency medicine.
Prior to joining Travel & Immunization Clinic of Portland, Amber spent eight years in Atlanta working in interventional pain management and four years here in Portland working in primary care.
An avid traveler herself, Amber has visited 22 countries and counting, giving her a personal appreciation for the experiences and preparation that come with international travel. Originally from the Adirondacks region of New York, she enjoys returning there and to Texas to visit family. Amber and her husband, Jack, enjoy exploring the area and cooking food inspired by Jack’s native Louisiana.
